Limited One Year Warranty

The Pinnacle Mailbox carries a limited one year warranty to the original owner against defects in workmanship. Cosmetic damage or damage due to normal wear and tear, or mounting modifications are not covered by this limited warranty. The mailbox will either be repaired or replaced at OTB’s discretion. Purchaser must call OTB first at (541) 967-8969 for a return authorization number. OTB assumes no liability for mailboxes shipped to OTB without a return authorization number. Purchaser is responsible for providing proof of purchase, proper packaging and the shipping charges to OTB. Failure of the lock, flag, riveted hinge points or outgoing mail clip may be remedied by OTB sending new parts to the Purchaser for self-installation. This warranty does not extend to the improper installation of this product. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure the product is installed safely and in compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and ordinances. OTB accepts no liability for losses as a result of using this product. OTB extends no other warranties described on the face of this limited warranty. OTB makes no claim and assumes no liability concerning the safety of your mail and/or mailbox. Either could be stolen or vandalized, even when the product is installed and used as per instructions. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTIBILTY OR FITNESS FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED AND DISCLAIMED. THE EXCLUSIVE REMEDY FOR THE BREACH OF ANY WARRANTY EXTENDED BY OTB IS THE REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE GOODS UNDER THIS WARRANTY, AND ALL OTHER REMEDIES, INCLUDING INCIDENTAL AND CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED.

Returns

Customer returns based upon non-defective issues such as mailbox being too big to fit into a certain space, customer ordering the wrong color, customer ordering the wrong size of mailbox, etc., will be subject to a 15% restocking charge plus $15 to cover our original shipping and handling charges.

NON-DEFECTIVE RETURNS ARE LIMITED TO NO MORE THAN 30 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF PURCHASE.
